带钩钢丝CT引导下肺小结节定位在胸腔镜手术中的应用 被引量:8

摘要 肺癌的发病率及死亡率逐年增加,至20世纪末已占恶性肿瘤死亡的首位。早期诊断、治疗是提高肺癌患者生存率的有效方法。随着影像学技术的发展和常规体检的普及,检出的性质不明的肺部结节(SPN)越来越多。全胸腔镜手术是SPN诊断和治疗的主要手段,但术中对SPN的精确定位有一定困难,增加了手术的难度。我们采用术前CT引导下带钩钢丝穿刺定位法取得了较好的临床效果。
