摘要
目的选择双向Glenn分流术患者,利用超声心动图对上腔静脉与右肺动脉内径及血流动力学情况进行检测,为心脏外科双向Glenn分流术提供信息。方法对28例先天性复杂型心脏病患者进行超声心动图检测,包括二维对上下腔静脉、肺动脉分支内径及上下腔静脉与右肺动脉吻合口内径测量,并用多普勒对上腔静脉与右肺动脉吻合口之间分流速度检测。结果通过对28例手术后患者的复查,1例再狭窄属未及时服用小剂量阿司匹林片,其他患者吻合口血流通畅,无再狭窄及动静脉瘘形成。结论通过二维对肺动脉及腔静脉内径和多普勒对分流速度的测量,证明超声心动图技术对心外科双向Glenn分流术具有指导意义。
Objective Choose the patients that need bidirectional Glenn shunt and use Echocardiography detection the inner and hemodynamic of superior vena cava and right pulmonary artery. For Bidirection Glenn shunt provide information Methods Echocardiography detection twenty-eight complexity congenital heat disease（complex congenital heart diseases） patients. Results One patients was again narrow because he done not hoven small doses aspirin, others haven not narrow and arteriovenous fistula. Conclusions Through two-dimensional measuring the inner and shunt speed of pulmonary artery and superior vena cava, prove that Echocardingraphy have guiding meaning to the bidirectional Glenn shunt.
