摘要
目的 分析优质护理服务在肾内科护理中的应用效果.方法 选取本院肾内科2011年6月~2012年12月收治的50例患者为观察组进行优质护理服务,另选2009年12月~2011年6月收治的50例患者为对照组进行常规护理.自制表格调查两组患者的护理满意度及护理人员优质服务意识,分析优质服务的应用效果.结果 进行优质服务前护理人员的优质服务意识良好率为40%,优质服务后的良好率为84%,优质服务前后护理人员优质服务意识比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);优质护理服务前患者的满意度为38%,优质服务后满意度为86%,患者满意度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 优质服务能促进肾内科护理工作有效进行,提高护理人员的优质服务意识和患者的满意度.
Objective To analyze the application effect of quality nursing services in the nursing of nephrology de- partment.Methods Fifty patients admitted to the nephrology department of our hospital from June 2011 to December 2012 were selected as the observation group and given quality nursing services,Fifty patients from December 2009 to June 2011 who received routine nursing were selected as the control group.Self designed questionnaire was used to in- vestigate the patients' nursing satisfaction and the nurses' awareness of quality services.The application effect of quality services was analyzed.Results Before the implementation of quality services,the nursest good rate of awareness of quality services was 40%,and after the implementation of quality services,the good rate was 84%,with statistical difference in the awareness of quality services between before and after the implementation of quality nursing services (P〈0.05). Before the implementation of quality nursing services,the patients' satisfaction rate was 38%,and after the implementa- tion of quality nursing services,the patients' satisfaction rate was 86%,with statistical difference in the patient satisfac- tion (P〈0.05).Conclusion Quality nursing can promote the effective functioning of nursing work in the nephrology de- partment and improves the nurses' awareness of quality services and patient satisfaction.
