摘要
针对发电机组补给水处理中凝胶型强碱阴树脂受污染的情况越来越复杂,常规的复苏工艺很难有效恢复树脂交换容量的问题,提出采用常规处理加低浓度氧化剂处理综合复苏有机物污染的阴树脂的方法。结合大唐淮南洛河发电厂的实际情况,对4号阴床内阴树脂的性能进行了试验,并选择低浓度次氯酸钠作为氧化剂进行复苏处理。复苏处理后,树脂的颜色由棕黑色变为橘黄色,有机物的质量浓度由3 859 mg/L变为1 480 mg/L,阴床树脂交换容量和周期制水量明显提高。
Aiming at problems of more complex situation of gel-type alkali anion resin pollution in supplemental water processing for generator set and the conventional recovery technology is difficult to effectively recover exchange capacity of the resin, this paper proposes to take methods of conventional handling and low density oxidant handling for process anion resin pollution by organic. Combining with physical truth in Datang Huainan Luohe power plant, it introduces testing for perform- ance of anion resin in No. 4 anion floating bed and choosing low density sodium hypochlorite as oxidant to process recovery handling. After recovery processing, it is found color of resin is changing from brownish black to croci, mass concentration of organic is decreasing from 3 859 mg/L to 1 480 mg/L while exchange capacity and periodic amount water of anion resin is obviously improved.
