房地产"三惠"功能即惠民、惠业、惠国。惠民是出发点,是归宿;惠业是手段,是渠道;惠国是战略,是保障。"三惠"功能的核心是惠民,中国房地产"惠民"是以人为本,执政为民的根本愿望,是社会主义市场经济的基本要求,是实现又好又快的经济社会发展的必然选择,促进房地产惠民、惠业、惠国三位一体协调发展是社会主义市场条件下房地产业的必由出路。
Real estate’s three benefits are to benefit the households,industry and country.Benefiting the households is the starting point,also end-result;benefiting the industry is the means,and channel;benefiting the country is the strategy,and guarantee.The core of ＂three benefits＂ is to benefit the households,China’s Real estate is people-oriented,a essential desire of the ruling party,which is the basic demand of socialism market economy,and is the necessary choice of realizing sound and fast economic social development.Three-in-one coordinated development is the only route for the real estate industry under socialist market economy.
