摘要
从农村籍大学生回乡就业意愿的调查入手,通过实证性的研究分析,了解农村籍大学生回乡就业意愿及其对新农村建设的认知情况。研究结果发现,农村籍大学生回乡就业的意愿令人乐观,他们对参与社会主义新农村建设的态度也比较积极,但对中央的农村政策和福建新农村建设的了解还很缺乏。因此,政府应加大支持力度和舆论宣传,建立健全福建新农村就业服务体系;统筹福建城乡一体化发展,优化农村籍大学生回乡建设的乡村环境;同时,学校要加强对农村籍大学生回乡就业的支持和引导,以吸引更多农村籍大学生回乡参与福建新农村建设。
The paper starts with the survey on the willingness of going back to work of the rural college students,after empirical analysis,it reveals the williness and the understanding of constructing the new socialist countryside from those rural college students.The research shows that the students hold the optimistic attitude to go back hometown and devote themselves to the construction,however,they know few about the the new socialist countryside.Thus,the government should the strength of support and propaganda;establish the employment service system for it;plan overall the urban-rural integrated development,optimise countryside environment;at the same time,the host colleges should support and guide them,in order to attract more rural college students to reward their hometown.
