摘要
采用Kromasil celluCoat手性色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)作为分离柱,用高效液相色谱法对噁唑菌酮对映异构体进行了拆分。在优化的试验条件下,正己烷-乙醇(70+30)混合液为流动相,流量为1.0mL·min-1,柱温为25℃,噁唑菌酮对映异构体在10min内成功分离。
A method of HPLC was proposed for the resolution of enantiomers of famoxadone using Kromasil cellucoat chiral column (4. 6 mm× 250 mm, 5μm) as separation column. A mixture of n-hexane and ethanol (70+ 30) was used as mobile phase with a flow-rate of 1.0 mL · min^-1. Column temperature of 25 ℃ was chosen. Under the optimized conditions, enantiomers of famoxadone were successfully separated within 10 min.
