摘要
目的探讨氟尿嘧啶联合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠的疗效。方法120例异位妊娠患者随机数字表法分为三组，氟尿嘧啶组40例、米非司酮组40例和联合给药组40例。三组每天均给予一般治疗和活血化瘀中药。氟尿嘧啶组采用静脉滴注给药，5％葡萄糖注射液500mL加入氟尿嘧啶10mg／kg，滴速10}f驴min，每天一次，给药1周。米非司酮组患者采用口服米非司酮，每天2次，每次50mg，给药1周。联合给药组采用氟尿嘧啶和米非司酮治疗。比较各组的临床治疗效果。结果联合给药组的治愈率为92．5％，氟尿嘧啶组的治愈率为77．5％，米非司酮组的治愈率为80．O％。联合给药组的治愈率高于氟尿嘧啶组和米非司酮组（x2=6．23，5．87，均P〈0．05）。结论氟尿嘧啶联合米非司酮和活血化瘀中药治疗异位妊娠可以提高治愈率，且不良反应少，值得临床推广使用。
Objective To observe the efficacy of fluorouracil combined with mifepristone in the treatment of patients with ectopic pregnancy. Methods 120 patients with ectopic pregnancy were randomly divided into three groups. There were 40 cases in the fluorouracil group ,40 cases in the mifepristone group and 40 cases in the combined administration group. The fluorouracil group was given fluorouracil 10mg/kg to 500mL of 5% glucose injection by in- travenous drip. Drip rate was 10 drops/min. The treatment was given once a day and last 1 week. Mifepristone group was treated with oral mifepristone. 2 times a day,50mg was given one time. This treatment was given for 1 week. Co- administered group was treated with fluorouracil combined with mifepristone. Three groups were given traditional Chi- nese medicine every day. Then,the clinical outcomes were compared. Results The cure rate of fluorouracil group was 77.5%. The cure rate of mifepristone group was 80. 0%. The cure rate of co-administered group was 92.5%, which was significantly higher than fluorouracil group and mifepristone group （ X2 = 6.23,5.87, all P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Fluorouracil combined with mifepristone can improve the cure rate in the treatment of ectopic pregnan- cy. The program has no serious adverse reaction and is suitable for clinical application.
