摘要
以‘绿岭’核桃为试材,研究了喷施0.2%KH2PO4、(1%熟石灰+0.1%盐)、(0.1%,0.2%,0.3%)VC及(3%,6%,9%)高岭土对果实日灼及坚果品质的影响。结果表明:喷施0.3%VC、(3%,6%,9%)高岭土和0.2%KH2PO4的果实日灼率极显著低于CK,分别为7.57%,7.17%,6.57%,6.52%,7.04%,10.58%;喷施0.3%VC、(3%,6%,9%)高岭土和0.2%KH2PO4的果实日灼病情指数极显著低于CK和0.1%VC溶液,分别为4.58%,4.43%,3.86%,3.72%,4.61%,6.34%,6.31%。喷施0.2%KH2PO4的坚果横径显著高于喷施0.1%VC和9%高岭土,分别为3.21,3.07,3.06cm;喷施0.2%KH2PO4、CK、0.3%VC、(1%熟石灰+0.1%盐)、(3%,6%)高岭土的坚果三径平均极显著高于0.1%VC、9%高岭土,分别为3.38,3.36,3.35,3.34,3.37,3.33,3.26,3.23cm;不同喷施物对于坚果纵径、侧径、单果重、出仁率均无显著影响。喷施0.2%KH2PO4和0.3%VC的核仁可溶性蛋白含量显著高于3%高岭土,分别为2.35%,2.38%,1.81%;喷施(0.1%,0.2%)VC的核仁总蛋白含量显著高于9%高岭土溶液和CK,分别为20.23%,20.31%,17.12%,17.26%;不同喷施物对核仁脂肪含量无显著影响。
Effects of 0.2% KH2PO4, (1%lime+0. 1%salt), (0.1%, 0. 2%, 0.3%) VC and (3%, 6%, 9%) kaolin spraying on fruit sunburn and quality of 'Lvling' walnut were studied. The results showed that the fruit sunburn rates of sprayed 0.3% VC, (3%, 6%, 9%) kaolin and 0.2% KH2PO4 were 7.57%, 7.17%, 6.57%, 6.52%, 7.04%, 10.58 %, respectively, and were very significantly lower than that of CK; the sunburn disease indexes of sprayed 0.3% VC, (3%, 6%, 9%) kaolin and 0. 2 % KH2PO4 fruit were 4.58%, 4.43%, 3.86%, 3.72% ,4.61%, 6.34%, 6.31%, respectively, and were very significantly lower than that of CK and 0. 1% VC solution. The horizontal diameters of sprayed 0. 2% KH2PO4 was signifi-cantly higher than those of sprayed 0. 1%VC and 9% kaolin, and the values were 3.21, 3.07, 3.06 cm, respectivelyl the average 3 diameters of sprayed 0.2% KH2PO4, CK, 0.3 % VC,(1% lime + 0. 1% salt), (3%, 6%) kaolin were very significantly higher than those of sprayed 0.1% VC, 9% kaolin, and the values were 3.38, 3.36, 3.35, 3.34, 3.37, 3.33, 3.26, 3.23 cm, respectively; there were no significant effects of different spraying materials on nut vertical diameter, side diameter, nut weight, kernel percent. The soluble protein contents of sprayed 0.2% KH2PO4 and 0.3% VC were significantly higher than that of sprayed 3 % ka-olin, and the values were 2.35%, 2.38%, 1.81% ,respectively; and the total protein contents of sprayed (0. 1%, 0.2%) VC were significantly higher than those of 9% kaolin and CK, and the values were 20. 23%, 20. 31%, 17.12%, 17.26% ,respectively; there were no significant effects of different spraying materials on kernel fat contents.
