摘要
为了使木材装载机木材抓具尺寸参数设计的更为合理精确以降低材料成本,借助Creo Parametric对木材抓具设计建立模型,通过Creo Simulate进行静态有限元分析,使用局部敏感度分析得出影响木材抓具承载性能的主要设计尺寸参数,利用全局敏感度分析得出主要设计尺寸参数对模型的综合影响,生成了木材抓具静态分析应力、位移云图,确定了影响木材抓具的主要设计尺寸参数,得出了木材抓具优化后的设计参数,验证了设计优化的可行性。
In order to optimize the size parameters of design on the timber gripper and reduce material costs. Building three-dimensional models of the timber gripper by Creo Parametric, analyzing with finite element analysis by Creo Simulate, resulting the main design dimensions which affect the performance of timber carrying gripper by global sensitivity analysis and obtaining the stress cloud and displacement cloud of static analysis. Furthermore, it's legitimate to determining the effects of timber gripper main design dimensions, obtaining optimized design parameters of timber gripper and verifying the feasibility of the design optimization.
