摘要 脑血管病的发生受环境和遗传等多方面因素影响,与炎性反应密切相关。肿瘤坏死因子(tumor necrosis factor,TNF)作为一种促炎性因子,其基因多态性与脑血管病的关系受到人们的关注。TNF不同基因型作为基因背景有可能决定了不同人群对疾病不同的易感性。TNF基因多态性在脑血管发病中所起的作用,可能与其基因突变有关,但也可能存在多个位点相互协同或与其他炎症细胞因子共同作用。本文对近年来有关TNF基因多态性与脑血管的关系研究进展进行综述,以便对脑血管病进行风险预测、诊断及个体化治疗等方面的研究提供线索。 Stroke is associated with inlfammation. With the onset getting younger and younger in recent years, to find and identify predisposing factors of stroke, thus becomes a hot spot for targeted prevention. The occurrence of stroke is affected by many other environmental and genetic factors. And it is closely related to the inlfammatory response. As tumor necrosis factor (TNF) is a pro-inlfammatory factor, its gene polymorphism and the relationship between the incidences of cerebrovascular disease cause attentions. We review progress in research on the recent TNF gene polymorphism on the relationship with cerebrovascular disease in order to provide important clues in predicting cerebrovascular disease risk, diagnosing and making individualized treatment.
