ERCC1和Ki67在子宫内膜癌中的表达及意义

摘要 目的主要目的是研究ERCC1、Ki67在子宫内膜癌中的表达,探讨检测ERCC1、Ki67在指导临床治疗的应用价值。方法应用免疫组织化学Envison法检测33例子宫内膜癌中ERCC1与Ki67的表达,并分析二者之间以及与年龄、肿瘤类型的相关性。结果 ERCC1在子宫内膜癌中的表达率为66.67%,Ki67的表达率为57.58%,但子宫内膜癌中的ERCC1表达与Ki67的表达无显著相关性(r s=-0.087,P=0.631)。结论子宫内膜癌的发生发展均可有ERCC1、Ki67的异常表达,二者在子宫内膜癌中表达不呈相关性,但结合二者的表达,可筛选合适的患者接受辅助化疗,有助于个体化治疗的进行。
