摘要
齿轮是现代机械不可缺少的传动零件,由于渐开线齿廓的复杂性,因此在SolidWorks环境中实现渐开线圆柱齿轮的三维实体建模是一个难题。文中提出了在SolidWorks中实现渐开线圆柱齿轮实体建模的插值法和方程式驱动法,并仿真验证了该方法的正确性和可行性,弥补了基于SolidWorks齿轮建模的弊端,提高了渐开线齿轮设计效率。
Gear is an indispensable transmission parts of modern machinery. Due to the complexity of involute gear's profile, the involute cylindrical gear' three dimensional entity modeling in the Solidworks environment is a difficult problem. Two methods of gear modeling are introduced based on Solidworks, which are interpolation and driving equation. And the correctness and feasibility of the method have been verified through simulation. These methods can make up for disadvantages on gear modeling based on Solidworks and improve the efficiency of the design of involute gear.
