摘要
对于受空间和结构限制的齿轮零件,常规齿形加工工艺无法实现,文中从结构设计和制造工艺阐述了电子束焊接技术在齿轮制造中的应用,介绍了电子束焊工作原理、焊接注意事项及常见焊接缺陷的处理,通过电子束焊技术的应用解决了齿轮制造过程中的实际问题。
Conventional machining process can not be realized for the gear parts which limited by the space and structure. This article introduces the application of electron beam welding technology in gear manufacturing from the electron beam welding principle and matters should be careful, as well as the common treatment of welding defects. It solved the actual problems of gear manufacturing process through the application of eleeton beam welding technology.
