摘要
本文应用测压管测压原理,设计了两种形式的排风均流器,并利用实验系统进行了多种工况的均匀排风实验。实验表明单独采用单面阀均流器不能实现均匀排风,而采用单面阀均流器加传统风阀和双面阀均流器调节方式都可以实现均匀排风,且后者的调节方式耗能小,节省占地面积。均流器均匀排风的距离远长于常规风阀均匀排风的送风距离。
According to the pressure measuring principle, two types of equalizer for air exhaust have been designed. The experiment on the prototype of equalizer is conducted. The experiment results show that the equalizer with single side valve for air exhaust is not used alone to achieve uniform exhaust and using these two means, joint use of the equalizer with single side valve and traditional valve and using of the equalizer with double side valves are able to achieve uniform exhaust. The latter approach has less energy consumption and less occupation area. The distance of air exhaust by equalizers is much farther than that by air valve.
