摘要
将AZ91D镁合金浸入含Na2CO3缓蚀剂的NaCl溶液,通过扫描电镜比较不同Na2CO3浓度下的镁合金腐蚀形貌,利用失重法测量镁合金的腐蚀速率,测量含不同浓度Na2CO3溶液中镁合金的动电位极化曲线和交流阻抗谱,并分析其腐蚀行为。结果表明:随着Na2CO3浓度的增加,缓蚀效果得到加强,Na2CO3是一种阳极型缓蚀剂,能有效地减缓镁合金的腐蚀。
AZ91D magnesium alloy was immersed in aqueous NaCl solutions containing Na 2 CO 3 inhibitor.The corroded surface morphology of Mg alloy immersed in NaCl solution containing different concentrations of Na 2 CO 3 was compared with a scanning electron microscope,and the corrosion rate of the Mg alloy was determined by weight loss method.Moreover,the potentiodyna-mic polarization curves and electrochemical impedance spectra of the Mg alloy in NaCl solution containing different concentrations of Na 2 CO 3 were measured by electrochemical method,and the corrosion behavior of the Mg alloy was analyzed.Results indicated that the inhibition efficiency of Na 2 CO 3 increased with increasing concentration.Besides,Na 2 CO 3 acted as an anodic inhibitor and could effectively inhibit the corrosion of AZ91D magnesium alloy in aqueous NaCl solution.
