摘要 针对波浪动力环境检测的浪高传感器节点繁多、分布范围广及组网困难的问题,以及现有的数据采集卡实时性不高、接口兼容性差等缺点,提出一种基于实时以太网EtherCAT波浪动力环境测量系统的设计方法;由线性度良好的浪高传感器及多路高速数据采集模块构成系统从站,通过工业以太网EtherCAT与主站PC实现数据的实时传输;运用最小二乘法求得采集数据与浪高的线性关系,将采集数据还原为实际浪高值,以便进行后续理论分析;试验表明,该系统的实时性、精度都优于现有同类测量系统,完全满足海洋工程模型的使用需求。 For the problem of wide distribution range of various of wave-height sensor nodes,the difficulty of networking in the power environment detection system,and weak real-time and low interface compatibility of the existing real-time data acquisition card,a designing scheme of the wave power environment detection system based on EtherCAT is proposed in the paper.The slave node is composed of wave-height sensor with good linearity and multiple high speed data acquisition module.The data is real-time transmitted through EtherCAT.The least square method is adopted to get the relationship between the collected data and wave height.Then the data is reverted to the real wave height to continue the theoretical analysis.The experiments showed that the real-time nature and the accuracy of the system which is better than the existing similar measurement systems.fully meet the needs of the Port Engineering.
