摘要
为实现旋转机械振动监测的低成本、低功耗、无线监测,由MSP430F2619单片机作为主控制器完成数据采集,以nRF905为核心器件的无线模块互传数据,采用Labview开发平台,研制了一套全新的转子振动监测分析系统;在以输出功率为240 W的直流电机作为动力源,6kg质量转子为负载,电机转速1080r/min的实验台上进行测试;结果表明,该系统实现了对振动信号的接收与显示、时域指标提取、平滑滤波、FFT分析所得振动信号频率18Hz,并具有数据的存储和历史数据查询管理功能;系统性能良好,完全能实现对振动信号的监测和分析。
This paper develops a new vibration monitoring and analysis system for rotating machinery,in order to realize its low-cost, low-power and wireless monitoring,the MSP430F2619which is the master controller completes data acquisition,data is communicated by wireless communication module,whose core chip is nRF905,develops a new rotator vibration monitoring systerm;DC motor as the power source which output power is 240W,6kg quality rotor as the load,the motor speed is 1080r/min,Under the above condition,experiment testing show that,this system completes these functions of data-receiving,display,time domain indicators extracting,smoothing and filtering,data storage and query,FFT analysis the vibration signal frequency is 18Hz,the system is of good performance and holds the function of vibration signal monitoring and analysis.
