摘要
环境模拟测控平台在风洞内部模拟砂尘环境,并对其温度、浓度、压力和湿度等环境参数进行测量与控制;具有试验任务设置与控制,实时测试数据监控,测试数据分析等功能;确保试验设备在高逼真度,安全和低能高效的运行环境中工作;为了增强平台的复用性和扩展性,采用基于构件的软件开发技术,讨论了平台基于构件的整体结构,构件的分类,功能,描述及其组装策略,提高了系统的可复用性;针对平台中高精度的温度和浓度的控制难点,采用了多回路PID控制方法和专家-PID控制方法,在实际应用中满足了系统被控环境参数控制精度高,稳定性好,超调量小,响应速度快的指标要求;测控平台极大地支持了相关新装备的研制。
Sand and dust environmental measurement and control platform simulates sand and dust environment,whose environmental parameters such as temperature,concentration,pressure and humidity are measured and controled.This platform could set up and control test tasks,monitor of test data in real time,analysis data of test.Test equipment is ensured to work in high fidelity,safety and energy efficiency.In order to enhance the reusability and extensibility of the platform,the component-based software development technology is adopted.It discussed the whole structure of this platform,classification and function of component,the description of components and their assembling,which improved the reusability of the system.Using multi-loop PID control method and expert PID control method to control temperature and concentration,the control difficulty of the traditional control method is solved.In practical application the platform has met the specifications index perfectly,that is controlling the parameters with high control precision,good stability,small overshoot and fast response speed.It greatly supports the development of related new equipment.
