摘要
电机是现代生产生活中的主要动力装置,以电机电气故障为研究对象,对三相异步电机的过载、缺相与接地等典型电气故障进行分析,设计系统总体方案,给出硬件实施过程和软件编程思路,基于组态王设计HIM监控界面,利用ADAM模块进行数据采集和信号传输,设计并实施完成了系统开发;综合调试实现了电机典型电气故障的试验和实时监控操作,故障试验操作准确、电机保护动作可靠,在电机维护和检修操作培训等方面具有一定借鉴意义。
Motor is the main power plant in modern life. To motors electrical faults as the research object, the paper analyzes typical faults of three phase asynchronous motor, such as overload, phase failure and grounding, and designs overall scheme, and gives hardware' s implementing process and software programming method. Designing HIM monitoring interface based kingview soft, and taking data aequisi tion and signal transmission using ADAM modules, The paper designs and implements development of the system, fbe debugging results show that it realizes testing of motor' s typical faults and real time monitoring operation, not only fault simulation operation is accurate, and motor protection is reliable, but also the system has certain reference significance in motor' s maintenance and repairing operation train- ing.
