摘要
在电力市场背景下,风储互补的运行模式能够有效提高输电网资产利用率并降低输电成本。区别了两种储能装置在电力系统中的配置运营模式,以输电线路容量为约束条件和研究的切入点,分别构建了负荷侧和风电侧储能模式的价值测算模型,并利用内点—分支定界法对模型进行求解。在此基础上,基于储能装置的容量规模对输电、储能的合理投资策略进行了敏感性分析,得出了不同输电容量规模和投资成本条件下的投资有效边界和投资组合。算例和敏感性分析结果证明了本文所构建储能模式价值测算模型的有效性,能够为电网企业在电力市场背景下进行输电和储能的投资提供决策依据。
In the electricity market context, co-locating wind and energy storage can effectively improve asset utilization and reduce the transmission cost. This paper distinguishes two configuration and operating modes of energy storage device in the power system and takes the transmission line capacity as constraints and starting point of research: Then the value estimation models are constructed for independent and co-locating mode respectively, and interior point-branch and bound method are used to solve the models. The reasonable investment strategy for power transmission and energy storage are used as the subjects of sensitivity analysis based on the capacity of the energy storage device. Finally, the efficient frontier and investment portfolio are concluded. Numerical examples and sensitivity analysis results have verified the effectiveness of energy storage value estimation model, which can provide power grid companies with basis in power transmission and storage investment decision-making in the electricity market.
