摘要
种族(民族)嫌疑标签是指执法机关根据种族或者民族属性在破案过程中怀疑某一族群作案嫌疑的做法。种族(民族)嫌疑标签存在于世界上大多数国家的执法实践中,其理论渊源可以上溯到19世纪的"天生的犯罪性"与"生来犯罪人"理论。种族(民族)嫌疑标签不同于犯罪标签、犯罪剖析。
Racial profiling refers to the law enforcement agencies on the basis of race or ethnicity ethnic detection process to suspect that a crime suspects approach. Racial （ethnic） profiling exists in law enforcement practice in most of the world, its theoretical origins can be traced back to the theory of born criminal nature and born criminals in 19th century. Racial （ethnic） profiling is different from Criminal Label and Criminal Profiling.
