摘要
室温硫化硅橡胶(room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber,以下简称RTV)涂料可有效防止污闪事故,已在我国电力系统中广泛应用。笔者对湖南省内典型工业污染区RTV涂料表面污秽化学成分进行了分析,开发了RTV涂料表面污秽物的化学清洗剂,并对老化失效的RTV涂层的化学清除进行了一些探索性研究。
Room Temperature Vulcanized （RTV） silicone rubber coating can prevent pollution flashover aceident from happening, and it has been widely used in China. Chemical composition and phase analysis of contamination on RTV coating in Hunan heavy industry region have been analyzed. A new chemical cleaning agent for contamination on RTV coating has been developed. And some exploratory research on chemical cleaning of aging RTV coating have been carried out.
