摘要 棒形悬式瓷绝缘子在500 kV直流输电线路耐张串上得到了广泛应用,随着线路长时间运行,绝缘子在外部环境条件作用下逐渐变成低值或零值。为了保证供电可靠性,带电更换瓷质绝缘子成为一种必然要求。笔者设计了一种±500 kV直流输电线路带电作业用绝缘子卡具,该卡具用于更换耐张串中间任意单根棒形悬式瓷绝缘子。具有结构简单、质量轻、强度高、便于携带等特点,对带电更换±500 kV线路耐张串绝缘子具有非常重要的作用。 The long rod suspension ceramic insulator has been widely used in 500kV 1)15 transmission line, this kind of insulator will become zero or low resistance under the outer circumstance after long-time operation, so in order to guarantee the reliability of power supply, it is necessary to change porcelain insulator with live working. The author describes a kind of insulator clamp used in live working of ±500 kV DC transmission line, this insulator clamp is to change a single of any long rod suspension ceramic insulator located in the middle of tension string, moreover, it is of light weight, high strength, as well as easy to carry, so it is very important to live overhaul of tension string which is mainly composed of rod-porcelain insulators.
