摘要
输电线路覆冰则会严重威胁电网的安全运行。为准确可靠的监测输电线路覆冰状况,运用最优阈值灰度分割法和Canny算子等图像处理技术,提出了一种基于改进Canny算子的覆冰厚度测量方法。首先利用最优阈值灰度分割法得到的阈值作为Canny算子的高阈值Th,边缘检测时起到决定性作用;然后利用高低阈值的对应关系确定低阈值Tl,边缘检测时起到补充性作用,由此在目标区域内可实现Canny算子自动识别导线覆冰厚度。最后通过处理现场覆冰图像和模拟试验图像,验证了该方法的有效性和准确性,为工程应用提供了参考。
Transmission line icing threat the safe operation of the grid seriously. In order to momtor the transmission line icing conditions reliably, using the optimal threshold gray segmentation and Canny edge detection technology, put forward an icing thickness measurement method based on improved Canny operator. First, use the optimal threshold gray segmentation to determine the Canny high threshold Th, which play a decisive role in edge detection; and use the corresponding relation to determine low threshold T1, which Play a supplemental role in edge detection, Canny operator can be achieved automatically identify conductor icing thickness within the target area. Finally, verify the method of validity and accuracy by processing the scene icing image and analog test image, provide a reference for engiqeering application.
