摘要
由于对山不拉煤矿中厚煤层的开采缺乏研究,而该厚度的煤层储量占有相当大的比重,且综采支架的合理与否直接影响着工作面的高产高效。根据现场实测对山不拉煤矿3202综采支架的适应性进行分析,得出支架的初撑力占额定初撑力的32.6%,最大工作阻力占额定工作阻力的51.9%,选用ZY6800-11/23型液压支架偏大。
Medium thick seam occupies a large proportion in seam reserves,and the support suitability has a direct effect on high yield and high efficiency of the working face. This paper analyzes the support suitability for fully mechanized coal face of Shanbula Coal Mine by site measurement,it gets that the initial support force of support takes up 32. 6% of the rating setting force,the maximum working resistance takes up 51. 9% of the rating working force,the type of ZY6800-11 /23 hydraulic support is too large for working face.
