摘要
团队是企业开展创新活动的重要组织形式,但伪团队现象依然大量存在。如何提高团队创新绩效已成为实践界亟待解决的重要难题。本文整合社会网络理论及知识管理理论,探讨团队内部社会网络对团队创新绩效的影响机制。运用社会网络分析及层级线性回归方法,通过对60个企业R&D团队样本的实证研究发现,团队内部友谊网络密度及咨询网络中心性对团队创新绩效有显著的影响,而团队成员内部知识整合正是这种影响的中介机制。
Team is currently an important form of organization for enterprises to conduct innovation activities, but the phenomenon of pseudo - teams still exists in large quantities. How to improve team innovation performance becomes a serious practice problem. This paper integrates social network theory and knowledge management theory to explore the effect mechanism of team interned social network on team innovation performance. We conduct an empirical research based on the survey data from 60 R&D teams by means of social network analysis and linear regression. The research results show that the density of friendship network and centrallty of advisory network have a significant effect on the team innovation performance and the knowledge integration among team members plays mediating role on the effect.
