摘要
为提高采煤机的工作效率,基于采煤机推进速度与截割能力的联动关系,通过建立截割系统控制模型,采用模糊控制技术设计了采煤机截割自动调速控制系统,介绍了截割模糊控制系统结构及功能,并通过仿真实验验证了该系统的工作性能。结果表明:基于该方法的控制系统抗干扰能力强,功能实现简单,取得了良好的调节功能。
In order to improve the production efficiency of shearer,the constant-power control system based on the fuzzy control by using PLC is adopted. A type of constant-power automatic control system of electric haulage shearer based on fuzzy control is designed. After debugging and practical operation, the results show that the antiinterference ability of the system is powerful, the realization of the function is simple, and the regulating function is useful.
