摘要
针对现有煤矿带式输送机驱动系统与缓冲装置的不足,提出了使用变频器与缓冲槽装置代替液力耦合器与缓冲托辊的改造方案,讨论了方案的关键技术、实现方法与设备的选型,改造后系统与装置对提高带式输送机的稳定可靠运行取得良好效果。
This paper introduces shortcomings existing the drive system and the buffer device for belt conveyor, the reform scheme that hydraulic coupler and roller can be replaced by frequency converter and buffer tank is proposed ,and discussed the selection of key technologies, the method and equipment. This system and device have important meaning for safety operation of belt conveyor.
