摘要
通过开发"住院患者医技检查网络化预约平台"实现流程再造,从而提高了工作效率,医技检查病人健康教育及检查前准备到位率达到100%,病人在医技科室等候时间较前缩短45分钟,改善了诊疗秩序,提高了病人满意度。病人医技检查流程再造体现了医院流程管理由粗放型向科学型、精细型、信息型的转变。
Process reengineering was realized by the development of "Online Medical Examination Appointment Platform for Inpatients". It improved the work efficiency, diagnosis and treatment order, and patient satisfaction. As a result, both health education rate and pre-examination preparation rate reached 100% respectively and the waiting time for medical examination was shortened by 45 minutes. Medical examination process reengineering represents a shift from loose process management to scientific, meticulous and informatics process management in hospital.
