合金元素对09MnNiDR钢焊接热影响区韧性影响研究

摘要 通过对不同成分焊接试板进行力学性能测试、金相组织分析及热影响区第二相粒子透射电镜观察,研究了镍和钛2种关键合金元素对09MnNiDR钢热影响区韧性的影响规律,从而达到改善热影响区低温韧性的目的。结果表明,通过增加镍含量改善热影响区韧性的效果不明显且成本较高,而通过将钛含量由0.016%增加到0.021%~0.026%,可使热影响区冲击韧性显著改善;透射电镜观察及热力学软件计算结果可见,元素钛改善09MnNiDR钢热影响区韧性的机理是随着钛含量增加高熔点第二相粒子的数量增加、尺寸细化、热稳定性提高,从而提高第二相粒子抑制粗晶区晶粒长大和减小热影响区宽度的作用,进而达到改善热影响区韧性的目的。 The influence of Ni and Ti on the impact toughness of heat affected zone (HAZ) of 09MnNiDR was studied through mechanical properties tests, metallurgical structure analyses and the second phase particles observation by TEM of welded test samples with different chemical compositions. The results indicated that it was not effective and uneconomical to improve the impact toughness of HAZ by increasing the content of Ni, however, the impact toughness of HAZ was improved effectively by increasing the content of Ti from 0. 016% to 0. 021- 0. 026%. The mechanism of Ti to improve the toughness of HAZ was studied by using TEM and thermodynamic software. The results indicated that with the increase of the content of Ti, the amount of high melting point second phase particles was increased, the grain size was decreased and the thermal stability was enhanced, which raised the effect of the second phase particles on the inhibition of grain growth and the width decrease of CGHAZ; thus improved the toughness of HAZ.
