以聚酯(PET)薄膜为反应基材,以丙烯酸(AA)为间隔基团,肝素钠(Hep)为血液相容性改性剂,分别制备了AA表面改性PET(PET-AA)和AA,Hep表面改性PET(PET-AA-Hep);采用阳离子染料甲苯胺蓝(TB)及分光光度法研究了改性PET表面接枝结构和接枝程度,以及pH值对TB在改性PET表面吸附的影响,并建立TB-Hep校正曲线。结果表明:降低TB溶液pH值,可明显减小TB与间隔基团AA的结合,当pH值小于等于1.2时,PET-AA对TB几乎无吸附;PET-AA与Hep的结合是以化学键形式结合;利用在pH值为1.0,TB浓度为40μg/mL条件下建立的TB-Hep校正曲线,定量计算出Hep在改性PET薄膜上的接枝量为54.364μg/g。
By using polyester (PET) film as a reaction substrate, acrylic acid (AA) as a spacer group and sodium heparin (Hep) as a blood compatibility modifier, AA-surface modified PET (PET-AA) and AA-and-Hep-surface modified PET (PET- AA-Hep) were separately prepared. The surface grafting structure and grafting degree of modified PET were studied in presence of cationic dyestuff toluidine blue (TB) by spectrophotometry. The effect of pH value on the adsorption of TB on the surface of modified PET was also studied. The calibration curve of TB-Hep was acquired. The results showed that the ionic bond between TB and the spacer group AA can be profoundly depressed by decreasing pH value of TB solution; no adsorption of TB on PET-AA was observed at pH value not higher than 1.2 ; the chemical bond formed between PET-AA and Hep ; and the grafting quantity of Hep on PET film was calculated as 54.364 μg/g based on the calibration curve at TB concentration of 40 μg/mL and pH value of 1.0.
