摘要
研究了固态阻燃剂三溴新戊醇与液态阻燃剂甲基磷酸二甲酯(DMMP)复合使用时,对聚氨酯注浆材料阻燃性能及力学性能的影响。结果表明,当三溴新戊醇与DMMP复合使用,两者具有协同作用,有助于提高材料的阻燃性能,当三溴新戊醇与DMMP以1∶2的比例复合时,随着复合阻燃剂添加量的增加,聚氨酯注浆材料的力学性能呈先上升后下降的趋势,并且复合阻燃剂的添加量为24%时,材料的垂直燃烧时间为8.2s,聚氨酯注浆材料的力学性能达到最大值,冲击强度、压缩强度、拉伸强度分别为12.47kJ/m2和18.55、8.11MPa,且添加阻燃剂后没有改变聚氨酯材料的主体结构,并提高了材料的热稳定性。
A compound flame retardant made of solid tribromoneopentyl alcohol and liquid DMMP was studied when used in grouting polyurethane. A synergetic effect was found between tribromo- neopentyl alcohol and DMMP. As the laoding of compound flame retardant (tribromoneopentyl alcohol/DMMP= 1 : 2) increased, the mechanical property of grouting polyurethane increased first and then decreased. When the loading was 24 %, the material gave rise to the highest impact toughness, compressive strength, and tensile strength, i. e. , 12. 47 kJ/m2, 18. 55 MPa, and 8. 11 MPa, respectively. In addition the vertical burning time was 8. 2 s. The addition of flame re tardant did not change the skeleton structure of polyurethane materials.
