摘要
研究以壬基酚和甲醛为原料,经强碱性阴离子交换树脂催化缩合合成壬基酚醛树脂的新型工艺路线。运用正交优化试验,研究了酚醛比、催化剂用量、反应时间、反应温度对黏度的影响,确定了优化合成工艺,得到了黏度为10000mPa·s左右的壬基酚醛树脂,该工艺稳定可靠,成本低,减少了对环境的污染。
With nonyl phenol and formaldehyde as raw material, through catalysis condensation by strong base anion exchange resin, a new composition technology of nony[ phenol and formaldehyde resin was achieved. The effect of mass ratio of nonyl phenol and formaldehyde, the amount of catalyst, temperature and time of reaction on the viscosity was investigated by means of orthogonal experiment. Under optimum conditions, the resin with viscosity more than 10000mPa · s was com- posed. The process was stable and reliable, low cost, low pollution to the environment.
