摘要
利用Gleeble3500热模拟机压缩试样,对其变形抗力进行研究,实测了热压缩过程中不同应变速率、变形温度下实验钢的变形抗力,分析了实际应变速率及变形温度与真应变的关系,构建了带有速率修正和温度弹跳的材料本构方程,并提高了本构方程的精度。
By using the Gleeble3500 thermal simulator compression specimens, its deformation resistance force was studied. The deformation resistance forces of specimens under different strain rates and temperatures were measured. The relationships between the actual strain rate and deformation temperature and strain were ana- lyzed. A material constitutive equation with rate correction and temperature compensation was established , and the accuracy of constitutive equation was improved.
