摘要
王垂杰教授认为慢性萎缩性胃炎病程缠绵,非单一因素短时间作用,乃本虚标实,虚实夹杂之证,脾胃之气虚为本,气滞、血瘀、热毒等为标。提出以调气活血为主,因人制宜为治疗大法,不忘顾护胃气与日常调摄护理。胃肠和病理活检乃望诊延伸,可确保辨证全面、准确,提高临床疗效及预后判断准确度。以脾虚血瘀、虚实夹杂为多见,王师以自拟胃炎康方为基础,黄芪、党参、白术以健脾益气;柴胡、郁金、苦参、黄连以理气清热;丹参、三棱、莪术以活血化瘀;同时根据胃黏膜形态酌情加减。结合内镜辨证论治,既是传统中医的继承,更是祖国医学在现代医学基础上的发展。
