摘要
目的 分析总结颅脑损伤后癫痫的治疗经验。方法 统计本院4年来颅脑损伤后癫痫病例总数、创伤性质、部位与发病率关系,分析其治疗效果。结果 自1995年3月至1999年3月共收治颅脑损伤病人2137例,外伤后癫痫116例,发病率5.43％。结论 对颅脑损伤后癫痫危险因素分析研究,积极处理原发损伤,合理治疗、合理用药,可降低发病率。
Objective To experience in the treatment of epilepsy after head injury. Methods For all the cases of the traumatic epilepsy during 4 years in our hospital,the relation between the ratio of incidence of epilepsy and the character or different region of injury,and were analyzed. Results The clinical data of 2 137 cases with head injury from 1995 Mar. to 1998 Mar. were reviewed and analyzed. The rate of incidence of traumatic epilepsy is 5.43% . Conclusion From the analysis of the dangerous factors of epilepsy after head injury.it is found that the active management of primary injury, the reasonable using medicine and the logical treatment are beneficial for reducing the incidence of traumatic seizure.
