摘要
[目的]探讨北京油鸡的遗传多样性。[方法]采用29对微卫星标记对北京油鸡保种群的192个个体进行遗传多样性检测,并通过计算等位基因数、等位基因频率、期望杂合度(He)和多态信息含量(PIC)分析群体内的遗传变异情况。[结果]在29个微卫星标记中共检测到171个等位基因,每个微卫星座位的等位基因数在2~14个,平均等位基因数为5.90个;多态信息含量和期望杂合度的平均值分别为0.53和0.59,均大于0.5,表现为高度多态性;除5个位.羔(MCW0069、ADI_0112、MCW0183、LE10234和MCW0016)外,其余24个微卫星位点都处于基因平衡状态。[结论]北京油鸡保种群具有丰富的遗传多样性。北京油鸡在北京市农林科学院榆垡种鸡场得到了较为妥善的保存。
[ Objective] To discuss the genetic diversity of Beijing You chicken. [ Method] Twenty -nine microsatellite markers were used to analyze the conservation efficiency of Beijing You chickens preserved population. Genotypes were detected in 192 samples. The genetic variations among the populations were calculated by the number of alleles, gene frequency, expected beterozygosity (He), and Polymorphism Information Content (PIC) values. [ Result] The results showed that 171 alleles were detected. All loci detected in the study showed polymorphism and the number of alleles ranged from 2 to 14 in the population and the average observed number of alleles was 5.90. High po]ymorphism was found in the population, and the average of He and PIC values were O. 53 and O. 59 each more than 0.5. Most of these loci were at Hardy - Weinberg e- quilibrium except five loci (MCW0069, ADL0112, MCW0183, LEI0234, MCW0016). [ Conclusion] Beijing You chickens preserved population in the Ynfa conservation farm of Beijing Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences (BAAFS) was shown to have retained substantial biodiver- sity, indicating that the conservation programs are efficient.
