The value of adenosine deaminase in the diagnosis of tuberculous pleurisy

摘要 结核性胸膜炎诊断十分复杂,国内外漏诊、误诊病例不在少数,有关领域正不断探索更为有效的诊断方法,近年来,我院通过腺苷脱氨酶来诊断结核性胸膜炎,取得了良好的临床效果,现报告如下。
