厨房油垢及其清洗剂配方设计探讨 被引量:11

摘要 厨房油垢的组成及其形成过程非常复杂,而且大部分都很难使用一般的清洗剂去除。探讨了厨房油垢的去除机理、厨房油垢清洗剂的配方设计及其三大主要成分:溶剂、碱及表面活性剂的主要性质及它们在配方中起到的作用。最后采用行业标准QB/T 4348—2012《厨房油垢清洗剂》中的去污力测试方法对这三大主要成分对厨房油垢清洗剂去污力的影响进行了试验论证,结果表明每个成分对产品的去污力都有不同程度的贡献,所以最佳的厨房油垢清洗剂配方设计是将3种主要的功效原料进行合理的复配。 The composition and the forming process of oily stain in kitchen are very complicated, and some of them are very difficult to be cleaned up by normal cleaner. Remove mechanism of the kitchen soil was described. As the main materials in kitchen cleaner are solvent, alkaline and surfactant, it discussed their main properties and the contribution they make to the efficacy of the product in removing the kitchen oily stain, especially the heavy duty kitchen oily stain. According to the efficacy test method of removing the oily stain-national standard QB/T 4348--2012, we tested the contribution of each main composition material made to the efficacy of the kitchen cleaner formula. It was found that all the three materials made great contributions to the efficacy of the formula, so we should incorporate reasonably the three materials into one formula to get the optimized performance in removing oily stain in kitchen.
