精神科优质服务效果分析

摘要 目的探讨精神科优质服务的应用效果。方法选择我院精神科收治的140例住院患者,平均分为研究组与观察组,每组70例。观察组给予常规护理措施,研究组在观察组的基础上给予优质护理服务。采用调查问卷对患者生活质量及护理满意度进行评定。结果研究组生活质量评分明显优于观察组;研究组的护理满意度为78.57%,明显高于观察组的51.43%以上;差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论给予精神科患者优质护理服务,可以有效改善护患关系,提升患者就医质量。 Objective To discuss application effects of first - rate service from the department of psychiatry. Methods One hundred and forty inpatients admitted to the department of psychiatry in our hospital were equally divided into the research group and the observation group, with 70 inpatients in each group. The observation group was given routine nurs- ing care, while the research one was given first - rate nursing care. Results The life quality score was significantly higher in the research group than in the observation group (P 〈 0. 05). Nursing satisfaction was significantly higher in the research group (78.57 % ) than in the observation group (51.43 % ), P 〈 0. 05. Conclusion Providing first - rate nursing care for psychiatric patients can effectively improve nurse - patient relationship and patient' s medical care.
