摘要
高分辨成像雷达是太赫兹技术的重要应用之一,目前太赫兹雷达源的功率水平和太赫兹雷达的应用环境决定了要优先考虑采用调频连续波体制。因此文章在转台成像方式下分析了调频连续波太赫兹雷达信号模型和处理方法,实现了高分辨成像,并与X频段的成像结果进行了对比分析,验证了太赫兹调频连续波ISAR成像的优势。
High resolution imaging of terahertz radar is one of the most important applications of terahertz technology. But the power of terahertz source at present and the circumstance of its applications determine that FMCW signal is a prime consideration. So this paper took the simple rotating platform imaging model as an example, analyzed the signal model and processing method based on FMCW, and obtained the high resolution ISAR images. And then, compared them with the results at X frequency band, validated the advantages of FMCW-Terahertz-ISAR.
