摘要
目的研究咖黄敏药物对经典B-Z振荡体系的影响。方法在连续搅拌反应器(CSTR)中,利用经典的B-Z振荡体系,观察氨咖黄敏的加入对振荡体系的扰动。结果振荡周期和振幅的变化率与所加入氨咖黄敏的浓度呈良好的线性关系,其浓度分别在3.0×10-6~5.0×10-4g/L和5.0×10-6~2.0×10-4g/L,相关系数分别为0.9924和0.9950;检出限为2.5×10-7g/L。结论本研究建立了一种检测氨咖黄敏胶囊的化学振荡的方法,同时为其临床使用提供了一定理论指导。
Objective To sduty the effects of Anka Huangmin on belousov-zhabotinsky(B-Z) oscillating system. Methods In a continuous-flow stirred tank reactor(CSTR),the disturbance of Anka Huangmin by the typical B-Z oscillation system was investigated. Results The experimental results showed that changes both in oscillating period and amplitude were linearly proportional to the mass concentration in the range of 3.0×10-6-5.0×10-4g/L and the range of 5.0×10-6-2.0×10-4g/L,with the regression coefficients of 0.9924 and 0.9950,respectively. And a lower detection limit of 2.5×10-7g/L was obtained. Conclusion This study establishes a chemical oscillation method of identification for Anka Huangmin,and provides some theoretical guidance for clinical use.
