摘要
以装备DFIG机组的风电场为例,研究分析了混合储能系统的配置方案。针对风电功率的波动,提出了一种基于频率分解的混合储能平滑控制方法。设计了相应的储能装置控制器,使得一定时间内风电机组或风电场接近恒定的功率,从而体现出常规电源的可控性。针对不同的储能配置方案进行了仿真实验,结果表明采用该方法可以使整个风电场按照调度的指令,在一定的时间范围内,保持输出功率在电力系统调度范围之内。
Taking the wind farm equipped with DFIG units as an example, this paper studies configuration of the hybrid energy storage system. In view of power fluctuations of wind power, the paper proposes a control method based on frequency discomposition and designs the corresponding controller for energy storage to keep the output of the generator unit or even the whole wind farm constant in a certain period of time to show the controllability of the conventional generator. Simulations are conducted according to different configuration schemes, and the results indicate that the wind farm can keep the output power within the range of scheduling in certain period of time as scheduled by the dispatching instruction from the power grid.
