摘要
目的探讨基于工作过程运用录像观察反馈法的中药制剂教学模式的教学效果及优势。方法采用个体内差异评价法设计调查问卷,调查中药专业2009级118名学生,让学生在教学模式培养前、教学模式培养中、教学模式培养后进入实习就业三个阶段对教学模式进行价值判断,每次118人次,共发放调查问卷354份,回收有效问卷354份,调查结束后,在对调查问卷采用百分比、频数进行简单的定量分析后,使用统计软件对结果进行统计分析。结果培养前学生对改革现有中药制剂教学模式的认识各条目中回答"希望"与"不希望"间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);培养中学生对采用基于工作过程录像观察反馈法的效果评价条目中回答"有"与"不确定"间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);培养后学生进入实习阶段对采用基于工作过程录像观察反馈法的效果评价条目中回答"满意"与"不确定"间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论学生希望改变以课堂讲授为主的现有教学模式,希望采用基于工作过程运用录像观察反馈法教学模式,认为基于工作过程运用录像观察反馈法能够提高学习积极性、学习能力及创新能力,对实践能力、就业能力有积极影响。本文认为基于工作过程运用录像观察反馈法具有明显的教学效果及优势,应进一步完善并推广该教学模式。
Objective To investigate teaching effect and advantage about the teaching mode of Chinese materia medica preparation based on working process through video-feedback. Methods The questionnaire was designed by the indi- vidual difference evaluation method and was used to collect the feedback from 118 students of 2009 grade in Tradi- tional Chinese Medicine to value the teaching mode before, in the course of and after training. Out of the total 354 questionnaires in three times distributed, 354 copies were all valid returned questionnaires. The results were analyzed by statistical software after investigation, quantitative analysis of simple in the questionnaire by percentage, frequency. Results The students" different answers between "hope" and "no hope" in reforming the current teaching model of Chinese materia medica preparation was statistically significant before training (P 〈 0.05). The students" different answers between "effect" and "uncertainty" in using the teaching mode of Chinese materia medica preparation which based on working process through video-feedback was statistically significant in training (P 〈 0.05). The students' different an- swers between "satisfaction" and "uncertainty" in using the teaching mode of Chinese materia medica preparation which based on working process through video-feedback was statistically significant after training (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Most students hope to change the current classroom teaching mode and use the teaching mode of Chinese materia med- ica preparation which based on working process through video-feedback, consider it as helpful for study and work. The teaching mode of Chinese materia medica preparation which based on working process through video-feedback has ob- vious teaching effect and advantage and should be further improved and extended.
