摘要
采用等离子喷涂的方法制备了纯陶瓷 (8%Y2 O3稳定的ZrO2 )、陶瓷与金属 (NiCrAl)的质量分数为 90 %、80 %及镍包氧化锆 (氧化锆含量 80 % )的涂层样品 ,测定了涂层的力学性能 ,包括抗弯强度及断裂韧性 ,并探讨了喷涂粉末对涂层力学性能的影响 ,为等离子喷涂法制备隔热型梯度功能材料奠定了基础。测试结果表明 :涂层的抗弯强度及断裂韧性随金属相含量的增加而增加 ,当金属相以包覆氧化锆的形式存在时 ,涂层的抗弯强度及断裂韧性有大幅度提高 。
ZrO 2─Y 2O 3 coating,the ratio of ZrO 2─Y 2O 3 and NiCrAl is 90% and 80%, and the coating of Ni/ ZrO 2─Y 2O 3 in which ZrO 2─Y 2O 3 content is 80% were prepared by plasma spraying. The mechanical properties of coatings, including tensile strength and fracture toughness, were tested.The influences of powders were discussed. The results show that tensile strength and fracture toughness increased with content of metal, and increased much more for Ni/ ZrO 2.
