摘要
恩格尔系数是一个反映生活水平的重要指标,特别适用于不同收入人群间的比较。运用方差分析的方法对我国近年恩格尔系数进行城乡比较,发现我国城乡生活水平确实存在本质性的差距。统计检验的结果显示,这种差距直到2008年都没有缩小的趋势,缩小的趋势从2009开始显现,所以政府的惠农政策应该长期坚持并逐步完善。
Engel＇s coefficient is an important indicator of living standards, especially good for comparisons among people of dif- ferenl income levels. Using ANOVA methods, this paper com- pares the coefficients between people of the urban and rural ar- eas. The resuh shows thal there is essential difference between Ihe two groups of people, and the difference persisted until Ihe year 2008. The difference stalted to decrease from 2009. As a re- suh, the government should stiek to and improve on the rowe＇able policies toward farmers.
