摘要
针对制冷系统非线性、大时滞和强耦合特性,建立精确的数学模型实现控制很难,无模型控制不需建立系统模型、适于复杂非线性系统。将无模型控制方法应用于制冷系统蒸发器最小稳定过热度控制。通过仿真与实验,与常规PID控制相比,验证了无模型控制能够减小蒸发温度与过热度之间的耦合作用,具备良好的快速性和抗干扰能力,适于制冷系统变负荷控制要求,具有较好的稳态性能和动态性能。
This paper applied model free control method to the refrigeration system evaporator minimum stable superheat control. Compared with conventional PID control, model free control method had fast convergence, anti - interference ability. Meanwhile, model free control can reduce the coupling effect between evaporator superheat and evaporating temperature and be well adapted to the variable load control requirements of the refrigeration system, which had good steady - state performance and dynamic performance.
