摘要
目的探讨医院药品库存管理的合理性。方法以库存管理中的ABC分析法为主要方法,详细分析了ABC库存分析法的原理以及实施步骤,并且提出了一种基于ABC分析法的库存管理系统的设计方案。结果与结论将出入库次数最多的药品安排在离出入口最近的地方,能够有效地降低盘点和分拣的工作量,保证药品的及时供应,从而最终提高库存管理水平。
Objective To discuss the rationality of drug inventory management in hospitals.Methods The ABC Analysis was taken in inventory management as the main method in order to analyze the theory and implementation steps of the approach and a designing scheme on inventory management system based on the inventory analytical approach was proposed.Results and Conclusion The drugs with the highest frequencies of out-put and in-put of warehouse were arranged closest to exit and entrance,which could effectively decrease counting and sorting workload and guarantee the in time supply of drugs,so as to improve inventory management.
