摘要
目的 观察不同年龄组正常腮腺α 淀粉酶、溶菌酶的分布、含量及增龄性变化的规律。方法 将 5 1例腮腺标本分为 4个年龄组 ,用免疫组化的方法标记α 淀粉酶、溶菌酶 ,观察记录不同年龄组α 淀粉酶、溶菌酶的染色强度。结果 4个年龄组之间α 淀粉酶、溶菌酶染色阳性率差异有显著性 ,随着年龄增长 ,其染色阳性率呈逐渐减低的趋势。结论 HE切片上染色、形态相似的浆液性腺泡之间 ,实际在功能上存在着很大的不同。α 淀粉酶、溶菌酶增龄性变化的特点与定量组织学研究结果相符合。
Objective To investigate the aging changes, the distribution and the content of α amylase、lysozyme in the normal parotid glands. Methods Fifty one specimens of parotid glands with 4 different age groups were studied by immunohistochemical method. The intensity of staining of α amylase、lysozyme was recorded in different age groups. Results The staining positivity rate of α amylase、lysozyme had striking differences in 4 different age groups and it gradually decreased along with the age increasing. Conclusions There are differences among seous acinus which had similar shape and staining in HE slice. The characters of aging changes of α amylase、lysozyme secreted by acinar and intercalated duct cells are conformity with the results of quantitative studies in histology.
